What we can – and cannot – do.
To keep everyone safe, we are very clear about the difference between our
companionship & practical support – and regulated personal or clinical care.
We can help with:
- • Companionship, conversation and social time
- • Light housework and keeping the home tidy
- • Simple meal preparation and drinks
- • Local errands and short local appointments
- • Gentle walks, hobbies and activities
- • Prompts and reminders (but not medical decisions)
We do not provide:
- ✗ Washing, dressing, bathing or toileting
- ✗ Lifting, transferring or moving someone physically
- ✗ Medication administration or clinical procedures
- ✗ Nursing or specialist medical care
- ✗ 24/7 or live-in care at this stage
Who this works best for:
- • People who are largely independent at home
- • Families who want regular contact and reassurance
- • Situations where company and routine are key
- • Those who do not need personal or medical care tasks
